Position Title: Director of Operations

Reports to: Executive Director
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
Job Summary/Position Description
Feeding Kentucky seeks a mission-driven Director of Operations to provide oversight for organizational finance, human resources, and administration. This role ensures compliance with HR and financial policies, manages organizational systems, and supports staff development. The Director of Operations also provides high-level financial analysis and reporting for leadership and the board, while overseeing administrative operations and serving as a trusted resource for staff and leadership.
Ideal candidates will have a working understanding of GAAP accounting, nonprofit operations, and strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
