FRANKFORT, Ky. A Kentucky nonprofit wants lawmakers to tackle food insecurity for students. “Feeding Kentucky” has partnered with state representatives to introduce Senate Bill 151 and House Bill 435 to ensure students on free and reduced lunch receive breakfast within the first 15 minutes of class.
